How to block a certain e-mail

where do you block a certain e-mail under Internet Mail Service
i do not want ex-employee@home.com to e-mail the employees at the company.

Go into the properties, click on the Connections tab, click the Message Filtering... button. Once in there, you can add specific e-mail addresses to filter out and/or domains.
