how to backup/restore mail and contacts

I am at the point of reinstal my pc.
I do have two 'users' with each own otlook2000 and eah own email-stuff.
Is there a simple work-around to save the content of all email-folders, contacts aso and retrieve them once the pc has been installed (after format c

Use the Import/Export option on both accounts.. Just follow the prompts..
