How to apply Custom Chart template

I have a chart in Crystal Reports 7, and I have created a template for the way I want it to look. But how do I apply that template??? In the custom chart editor what command or menu selection do you have to do to get the chart in Crystal look like that?

It looks like the text I have in the template appears ok in Crystal, but the orientation and formatting of the 3D bar chart is no where near what the template is...
