How to add toll free number on Nortel Meridian Option 61C?

How can I add an toll free number it is a new 800 number that starts with 844?

Typically toll free area codea are built as SPN's in LD 90

What you want to do is have the provider send DNIS which you would match up to a CDN and delivers the call to the specified ACD or DN.
