HOW TO ADD SP6a INTO BOOTABLE NT4 INSTALL CD

Hello All,
I have a hosed up (shell32.dll error) PC running NT4 Workstation that has SP6 installed on it. When I try and do the Repair option, my install cd is NT4 without any sp installed so I am not getting past the startup screen whenever it reboots. Any idaes on how to integrate the files from sp6a folder into the i386 folder in the right fashion where it will install what it needs to to come back up?
