How to add 'footnote' to all user

Hi,

Would like to know how to add a 'footnote' or 'disclaimer' in exchange 5.5 for all users without using scripts or modify registry.

Anybody can help?

Exchange 5.5 doesn't have the facility by default. However, a good number of mailserver anti-virus packages include an option to attach a disclaimer to any outgoing (Internet) emails.

We use Sybari Antigen which is easy to configure for both virus detection and adding a disclaimer.
