Windows 2000 network: I have my dns setup for my lan however I would like to set it up so that if the request is not resolved it will be forwarded to an exteranl dns server whos ip address is: 158.152.1.58 - Where would i add the address of the external dns server in my windows 2000 dns server?

Go into you server configuration and right click on the server you want to place the forward statements. Select properties and the select the Forwarders tab. You will be able to add the address there.
