How do I add a 200GB Maxtor TCP/IP (ethernet) Shared Storage Drive to SBS2003 SR11? I set it up per the instructions and I can use it on my domain PC but I want to join it to the Domain network so all domain users can us it.

I dont have any experience with those, but can you just share the drive, give people permissions, then map it using a Group Policy or something?

Can't map to a drive that is not part of the domnain. Can't see it.

Can you access the s=drive via IP address from the server?

If so then you can map a drive using a login script so that all users get it.

I hope you find this post helpful.

Good question Mark,
How can I access the drive via IP on the server? I tried but can't figure it out.
