How to add a record using a comand button control

I have (i am new access user) a form based on table that carries out some calculations and inserts the values into the table and two other tables.

I want to use a command button which when clicked takes the values from the form and inserts into the tables.

any help will greatly be appriciated.

first of all i would suggest a good book, because all this will take a lot of programming, not that we are not willing to help but if you know nothing about programming be prepared it will take a lot of time to explain. perhaps it is better that you send the db to someone that is willing to help on this form let him do the program and learn from it "What a wonderfull world" - Louis armstrong
