how to add a new prefix NXX and station code into the option

i was wondering how to go about adding a new prefix NXX and station code into option 11 i'm pretty sure i need to go into ld 87 but not sure really what to do after i know the information about adding numbers into ld 87 but not really sure how ld 87 works

Go to LD 90
print and existing NXX you know works
REQ prt
CUST 0
FEAT net
TRAN ac1
TYPE nxx
(using 282 as an example, sub in your own number)
NXX 282
You should get the following results ... or similar
NXX 282
RLI 0
SDRR NONE
ITEI NONE

back at the promp do a "new" entry and copy whats above, entering past any entries that are not detailed in the print out.
