how to add a custom currency character in Access (or Windows)

I need to work with a non existent currency letter in a database. Anybody may say how to insert it as a current character?

In the Control panel you may customize the currency symbol in the reginal settings applet.

Thanks, PHV, but how may I use a custom sign? the character does't exist and I have to create it.
