How should I know when to stop!?

Are there any programs that exist which allow me to see if my gaming computer is peforming to it's limits? I could go on forever tweaking my computer, so I need to know if I should carry on or stop.

Do a Google search for "Burn-in" programs. Some will run your system at "Max". If you pass this, tweak some more 'till it fails - then you will know!
