How set Word numbered list back to 1 1

I have a document with a lot of separate 'numbered lists'. How do I tell Word where one list ends and another begins so the numbers don't continue to sequence between separate lists? i.e. I want them to go 1,2,3 1,2,3 1,2,3 instead of 1,2,3 4,5,6 7,8,9

Where it would say 4, right click the 4 and select restart numbering, that's all.
