how often do you apply hotfixes to e2k servers?

Just wondering; how often does everyone here apply hotfixes to their production Exchange servers?

I typically apply patches during scheduled maintanence to correct a "real" problem, so the highest uptime possible is achieved. Since the box is going down anyways, the patches only take a few extra minutes at most. But with the Blaster Worm spreading so soon after the exploit was published, I'm starting to worry that this strategy might come back to bite me in the future.

Only ever apply patches when a specific problem arrises on my network, otherwise just update with service packs. But only ever do either after testing on a test server.
