How many higher bandwidth on 2501 router's serial port?
eg. 100baseT for 100Mb
10 baseT for 10Mb
ISDN for 144K
What equipment can suport the serial port? How can I use
the ADSL to connect into serial port at home ?

The serial interface is limited to T1/E1 speeds as it is a standard WIC 1T interface.

ADSL will require a seperate interface, not a serial/V.35 that is meant to work off a CSU/DSU etc.

Could I buy the cisco 2514 router for this purpose?
1 AUI port for WAN
1 AUI port for LAN

that depends what your WAN connection is actually composed of. Are you going out through a T-1?
