How many digits can you use for DN's

On a Meridian opt 61c

Can you use more than 4 digits?

I though highest was 9999

Partner in crimes says we can do 8
99999999

Can anyone please tell me?

Just to clarify, actually 1 to 7 with DNXP. DNXP allows you to go beyond the 1-4 default.

and you can mix length dn's as well.. we have 10K did's.. the complete 434 office hits my 81c.. so instead of using dids where they are not needed we use 7 digit numbers for non did's... most of the 8's are broken down to 7 digits.. lost 1000 did's but got 8000000 to 8999999.. one million non did's..

remember if you change the length of the did's you have to update the ldn table and the provider has to send the right number for your new numbering plan
