I am using Developer6i and Oracle 8i.
help me for run *.exe file from windows and what is D2Kwutil.pll and where from i can download its

D2Kwutil.pll is a library that allows to call many usefull Windows API functions from client side pl/sql. You may download it from otn.oracle.com, normally it's shipped with Forms demos.
To call executable without this library you may either create your own (make API calls through ORA_FFI package) or just use HOST built-in.
