When you mouse over a sub-menu ("chumCityStore, for example)and right click the swf movie you get menu options...
any idea how they did this?

how does this site change the right click options

The looks like the text in the submenus is dynamic text fields. When right clicking on a dynamic text field in a flash movie you get the editing menu ("Copy, Paste, Cut, etc...).
The menu is not customizable. (At least not that I am aware of).

they must have used some 3rd party tool. Flash does not allow you to remove the "settings..." or "about flash player" menu items. would you like to know how to add and remove menu items other than those two? do you have flash 7?
