What happend to a call when the vector steps into an adjunct routing link ? Because in the first step I have :

1. adjunct
2. wait
3. queue to skill

And if a make a call, it goes directly to my skill, so what happend when step 1 gets executed ?

Thanks in advance

mfalomir,

in the first step, definity passes route request with call data over the cti link and asks the adjunct to give it some hint as where to route the current call. if the cti link is down or adjunct didn't respond in specified wait-time or did respond but with null hint, the vector continues after the wait-time step. in your case, i strongly suspect that either link is down or there was a null response.

Yeah, the Link was not returning anything :) I forgot to register a route callback :) Now I got everything working nice
:)

Thanks

Cheers!
