How does Nice record voice by extension in Avaya?

hi,
it depends. with avaya which switch are u interfacing with ie aes, what are u using tsapi cvlan for output of cti etc
mapping also needs to be done on logger via logger definition if 8.9 or system admin if perform.
As you know TDM is trunk side and the mapping is very important and trunk/timeslot info should be obtained from the avaya engineer or switch maintainer
