How do you upgrade the target browsers?

click the + button and add any that you may have installed / upgraded after you installed DW.

show events for 4 and Later Browsers
should be self explanatory....
if u want to Preview your pages in those "later/new" browsers then
Edit-->Prefernces---> Preview Browsers
and add your browsers installed
