How do you stop 46XX Stations downgrading firmware

Hi all,
Is there someway you can stop 46XX stations downgrading there firmware, without having to remove the old firmware file from the tftp server?

I usually put my old firmware in another file. This way the IP phone won't look there. But if for some reason I need it, it's there.
