How do you size the desktop background in Windows 98 to have a boarder around it on all sides like we could in windows 95? Using a picture as a background a user wants to place their icons surrounding the picture...but not on top of it.<br>

I have the Center or Tile option in Windows 98. Use the center option. If it doesn't work, it's probably because the graphic is too big. Make the graphic smaller and try again.
