How do you set up Networker to use more than 1 tape per backup?

Is there a way to configure it to look for another tape when the first tape is full?

This is not necessary as this is the standard behaviour. If you have an autochanger, NW will load another tape from the same pool. If you have standalone devices, you have to do it yourself.
