How do you set up a sheet of labels????

I have purcahased a reem of labels for printing addresses, so I need to set it up that I can go into e.g word and enter the addresses in the labels. There are 14 labels on the A4 size sheets, and the sheets are labeled L7163.
Can someone please help.
 
If you can't find that label in the Word's choices, you'll have to make a custom label with the same dimensions as the label that you actually have. In the Envelopes & Labels tool, Label tab, choose Options, New Label.
