How do you reroute outside calls to a dial by name directory?

I work for a school district and are help desk lady gets a lot of calls from the outside of people that are calling her by mistake and meant to call another building. Is there a way to redirect outside calls to a dial by name directory? I still want inside callers to be able to call the helpdesk.

We have a Definity G3r v6 that connects to prologix switches. We don't have vectoring.

How are the calls coming into the system? Are they coming in over T1/PRI circuit or CO trunks?
