On my desktop a web page apperears. It reads remove all spyware. I have removed Spyware and adware except for PS Guard. I have repeatedly run my spyware and adware remover program but nothing is deleting this program from my pc. Does anyone know how to get rid of PS Guard???? I'm using Windows 2000. Also I would like to turn active desktop off and have a background displayed on my desktop. When I right click on the desktop I have the following options: select all, view source, encoding, print, refresh, backwards link, cached snapshot of page, similiar pages, translate this page into english, and properties. I don't see any link to turn off active desktop. Also when I click on display properties there isn't a tab that reads background. The tabs that are shown are: screensaver, effects, and settings. If you can help me in any way please do so. It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!
