What is meant by recycle the Win32time Service? And how do you do that?

First, you'll probably get better information if you keep your replies within the same thread; this question makes little sense if I hadn't happened to see your previous question.

Second, "recycle" is often used to mean "reboot" or "restart". In this case, the latter.

*Restart the w32time service. You'll see it listed as "Windows Time" in the services listing.
