How do you prevent Desktop Background change

If you click under the apple, Preferences, then click Desktop & Screen Saver, then at the top right of that window in the search box with the Q type in "password" that will open a drop down menu and give you the option to put in a Master Password for several items, click on Screen Saver Password and follow the directions.
