How do you open a range of tcp/udp ports in rass?

I want open a range of tcp/udp ports on my Win2k server box I use as a router, to allow trafic to and from "zone.msn.com", I need to open from 28800 to 29100 and dont want enter them in 1 at a time.

Can this be done via regisrty hack or something?
