How do you give a cell a field name?

Could someone please tell me how to give a field name(excel 2000) to a cell. I couldn't find it in help files or through a search of the forum.

ActiveWorkbook.Names.Add

You're in VBA forum...
Click in the name ListBox and type your desired name.
