How do you get a centrex line to work as an extn dn on a DID CP Mbox

What does the Call Pilot say when a call is sent to it from the Centrex Line, can you get it there? I am guessing these might be analog trunks? You should be able to put the 7 or 10 digit number in as an extension DN on the mailbox, have you tried that to see if it works?
