I have changed the color of the form itself but the navigation bar at the bottom of the subform remains the same dull grey color. How can you change this?

no, it is a Window's Standard, same as the Command Button color, or the Tabs

So you would have to change this in your Windows settings? I have noticed that in the color settings for your desktop appearance, if you change the scheme, the scroll bars change from grey to whatever scheme color you use.

I was just hoping you could do it locally for just one access database rather than globally.
