Hi,

I want to change the back color of a disabled textbox to something other than gray, is this possible?

Thanks
G

I don't think so....but instead of disabling it, you could lock it and turn off the tab stop....then you can still edit the control as you would like.

Not that I know, but if you use both the locked property (true) and enabled property (false) then you can alter the backkolor.

Thanks RoyVidar and mstrmage1768,

That worked, I locked the textbox and disabled it and was able to change the back color.

Thanks once again.
