We have a mailbox set up for each Conference room. we would like to be able to auto book the room in its calendar. That is the easy part. The trick is that the boss wants to have an email sent to confirm that the room is booked or denied to the booker and or all of the scheduled members of the meeting. We have outlook 97,98,2000,XP and 2003 running in the office. We will soon only have 2000 and up (about 2 or 3 months from now if that helps) Any help would be great. I was told it worked once and stopped so he said it can be done.
