We have Exch2000 running AD and we need to have two seperate login accounts access the same mailbox. Is there a way to accomplish this?

Thanks,
Jeff

Open ad active users and computers
Right click on your domain, chose view advanced items
Create one users account, created the mailbox.
Create the second user
open the properties of the first users, select the "exchange advanced" tab
click on mailbox rights, add the second users and give it full rights.

I got one more question. after doing this step, how can we look the mailbox in the outlook client. do we need to import some files or will it be automatically displayed. please let me know.

to follow up...

after allowing perms thru aduc, from the outlook client, choose tools --> services --> highlight exchange server and choose properties then the advanced tab. from open additional mailboxes choose add. you have to know the mailbox name (no browse). then choose ok. ok. ok. another inbox will show up in your explorer pane in outlook. thus the inbox for the other account.

always keep in mind the legalities of reading other people's mail. electric mail policy signed by all is a must...
