How do users log on to OWA?

I thought the proper way to log onto OWA was:

The user would be promoted to put a login name in but how is that name supposed to be worded?

domain/username
mail.domain/username
username

Also, in some instances, I'm getting three login boxes:
1. Username
2. Password
3. Domain
Is that right?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

My server is set up with the following web address:

(which is the default).

If you access that page, Exchange will prompt you to log in. Usually all you need is your username/password. Under some circumstances, you may need to put in the domain (if you have more than one).

Then as long as the user account is mail-enabled, it should show the Inbox.

I'll check that the account is mail enabled. But after, I should be able to use:

The user login screen comes up and the user then puts in:

username
password
mail.mydomain.com

Then the user should see OWA, right?

Okay,
I'll try this...One point to clarify:
--The user name should be only the login name right? I've seen some OWA logins in E5.5 that use: domain/username.

If you're getting a 3 pane login window then there's no need to do the domain\username thing.

this still didn't work. But I'll be checking if the rights are set to be correct. And, I'll check to see if I can get to OWA while "inside" the network.
