We have two sites, one is meridian 4.5 and the other is a CCM.We are using H.323 trunks to tie the two together. When a call is established between the two sites and then put on hold, to be picked up on another set with the same key appearance (on the meridian side) the speech path is then lost. One scenerio is the secretary makes a call to the CCM then puts it on hold and tells her boss to pick it up the speech is gone.Nortel says this is a known problem with Cisco and there is no fix. I want to use a sniffer on the TLAN side to prove my Meridian PBX is not the problem, but I never used this before, any help would be great.
I tried to make a long story short, hope I made sense.Thanks.

You need to mirror the switchport that teh TLAN interface of the Sigserver is connected to to a port that your laptop is on.

Make sure you mirror traffic into and out of that port.
