how do I use FTP with dreamweaver

I've been using dreamweaver for years to design webpages till one day someone tells me I can upload files to my wbsite with this program.

I don't have a clue where to even start. Take for example the start of this tutorial I found on the net:

Defining Sites

A site must be properly defined in Dreamweaver in order to work efficiently and to transfer files.

To set up or check the FTP settings in Dreamweaver's Document window, follow the steps below:

Choose Site > Define Sites.
Select the site.
Click Edit.
Switch the Category to Web Server Info.

I can't even find Choose site I would like to use it if only someone told me how.

you have to be in the site files window sometimes i just cant take it...then i realize its already to late
