How do I uninstall MS Exchange, (Windows 98), and then reinstall it?

I am having problems MS Exchange when I exit Exchange, it does not close out. I have to end task to get out. I want to know how to uninstall Exchange and then how do I reinstall it? Outlook Express works.<br>

We use Outlook now, but if I remember correctly, you just go to add/remove programs in control panel and remove it.
