How do I turn off the update service in corel draw 12

One of our users is having a problem with Corel Draw 12. It keeps asking whether or not we want to update the product online.

How can I turn this feature off as we are behind a proxy server?

Control Panel>Program Updates>Change Update Settings>Check for Updates> The Installshield Update Manager will not........ [check this box]

There is nothing in my Control Panel called Program Updates or anything similar. Please could you advise further?

I have the instalshield update manager icon in the Windows Control Panel labelled programme updates - this is what I am referring to.

Could't find this either in the system properties, but turned off this update with a quite easy solution:
Start - Programs - Corel 12 Folder - Update options
