How do I stop SMC from running completely on port 898?

I am trying to disable SMC completly from running during startup. I have already gone to rc2.d and disabled S90wbem
However if I just type smc it will still start smc. I am doing this because my nessus scan picked it up as a security hole. I just need to get it so it wont even start or run on port 898. Please help.
