How do I stop other users mail from appearing

A user's mailbox is recieving mail sent directly to another user but this user is recieving it; keep in mind this user is not listed as one of the reciepients of the mail. Any information that anyone can provide would truly be appreciative.

Probably the user sending the mail puts a copy of the mail to this receipent in the Bcc field.

Other thing is the user in the "To" field has set some rule that fwd a copy to this id..etc..

Thank you for the resonse. It appeared that there was an issue with the Outlook configuration itself; I was able to resolve the issue afterwards.
