How do I STOP getting the Do you want to install Macromedia Flash Ques

I don't want Macromedia Flash installed and am sick of the dialog box asking me if I want to install it.

How do I tell XP to never ask me to do the install?

P.S. the reason I don't want it installed is I use Yahoo mail and I hate the flash ads. CharlesCook.com

Do you have the Enable 3rd party extensions checked in the Advanced tab in IE?
How about Install on demand (other)?
Also visit the Security Settings tab and look at your settings regarding ActiveX...(Flash is an ActiveX application)
