Hello,

I have a formula that is evaluated during process time and finsished when all records are read. How can I show this result in the report header? Is it possible at all? I have tried the "WhilePrintingRecords" and "Evaluate after" functions but this doesn't help.

Thanks in advance

What do mean by 'during process time'? If the formula is a WhilePrintingRecords formula the only way to do this is to use a subreport to get that result separately, and place the subreport at the top of the report.

In some cases you can re-write the formula so that the result is available at the beginning. Do you know why the formula is while printing? Can you post the formula? Ken Hamady, On-site Custom Crystal Reports Training & Consulting

try this...remove the WhilePrintingRecords and EvaluateAfter for ALL of the formulas that give you the result that you want in the report Header.

I think it will work then...

Thank you for your answers.
I had tried everything except using a subreport. A subreport was the answer to my problem.
