how do I setup the infogear Iphone?

Hello,

I do tech support for an ISP and a customer brought in an infogear Iphone and wanted it set up to connect to us and recieve the e-mail from our server, I got it so it can connect to us but when I tried to set up the e-mail it wouldn't let me change the outgoing mail server, and when I tried to recieve mail it got an error loging onto the mail server. anyone got any ideas how I can set it up?

Nevermind, the problem I was having had to do with the fact the guy had capital letters in his password, after I figured that out it worked like butter.
