How do I set up time sync on my CISCO 3640

I would like to setup NTP on my cisco can anyone give me directions on how to set it up. Also IP accounting what kind of overhead (CPU) does it have?

Nem of your timezone
-X (Hours offset from UTC)
IP address of time server you wish to use.

If firewall is enabled may need to adjust it to allow NTP traffic.
