I have used DIGI products in the past, but not the DIGI ONE SP.
The data sheet shows it has a DB9 male connector. You can make an adapter of DB9F to 8 position modular jack or plug, or use a DB9-DB25 and a 355 adapter to modular jack and an 8 wire modular cord.
Did you not have the CD that can with the DIGI ONE SP?

Configuring the PortServer TS and Digi One Device Servers for Serial Tunneling
Using the Web Interface
Symptom:
How do you configure the Digi One for serial tunneling using the web interface?
Solution:
To configure the Digi One for serial tunneling, you will need two units.
For this example, we will refer to them as Unit A and Unit B.
For Unit A - Server Side (side that receives the initial connection request):
1. Type the IP Address of the Digi One RealPort IA in the address field of your internet browser to connect to the Digi One RealPort IA.
2. After logging in select Configure, Port.
3. In the Device Type drop down box, change the device type to Printer.
4. Select the appropriate baudrate, databits, parity, stopbits and flow control.
5. Click Submit to save your settings to the Digi One.
6. Click on the Advanced button.
7. Click on the box next to Binary Mode, if this is a Telnet connection and binary data will be transferred through the port.
NOTE: Leave blank if ASCII.
8. Click Submit to save your changes to the Digi One RealPort (IA).
9. Reboot the Digi One RealPort (IA) before using.
For Unit B - Client Side (or side that initiates the connection):
NOTE: You can autoconnect at bootup or when the unit is on (DCD is asserted), reference the appropriate configuration for your
requirements (see configuration 1 or 2).
1. Autoconnect at bootup:
A. Type the IP Address of the Digi One in the address field of your internet browser to connect to the Digi One.
B. After logging in select Configure, Port.
