how do i set the clock on a 1720?

Clock set hh:mm:ss month day year
Clock set hh:mm:ss day month year
where hh:mm:ss is time in military format (i.e.24 hour clock)
day is day number (1-31), month is spelled out i.e march, year is 4-digit number
Clock timezone...
Clock timezone zone hours
where zone is name of timne zone to be displayed when standard time is in effect (PST perhaps) and hours is the (+or -) hours offset from UTC.

If wanting to synchronize to a time standard, as far as I
know, the 1700 series will not do regular NTP, only SNTP.
