How do I restore????

I know it seems like a dumb question, but how do I restore? I am using Net Backup 5.1 on Windows 2003. I have just inherited this job and the backup system. I am new to Veritas backup products. I am naturally wondering if anything is getting backed up. I honestly have no idea what is on the tapes I am attempting to restore.

First, go to

http://support.veritas.com

and download the NetBackup administrators guide and the NetBackup users guide.

Next, open the Backup/Restore Gui located in your Start/Programs.
